SUNNY BEACH FULL TO CAPACITY
As the peak season in the popular Bulgarian resort of Sunny Beach comes to a close the hoteliers and municipal chiefs are reflecting on the unprecedented influx of holiday makers that have chosen Sunny Beach for their summer holidays.
Dimitar Yankov, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Nessebar town has said that there has never been a summer like this, with all of the beds in Sunny Beach occupied. Many hotels in the area have had to put camper beds in the rooms to accommodate the great numbers. It seems that holiday makers are shunning the typical hotspots, such as the Spanish Costas, to enjoy their holidays at a much more comfortable budget.
With a lot of the British press claiming an oversupply of new build property in sunny beach it is clear that they will have egg on their face. According to several property management companies in the area the rental yields have been at their highest rates ever this year.
