Byala property

sights from Byala

Byala is a beautiful unspoilt area and is located equidistant between the cities of Varna and Bourgas, which contain the two main airports on the Black Sea Coast.

Byala property is currently very popular with the major foreign investors with several international brand hotels in the area such as the Spanish Iberostar and Riu (both 4*). The reason for its popularity is not only due to its convenient position between the airports, but also the top class beaches it offers and most importantly the future infrastructure that is being planned. Within the next 5 years Byala should benefit from a newly refurbished port and promenade, talks of an international standard golf course and millions of euros of holiday facilities being planned.

One of the best things about the Byala area is that the local council is determined not to turn the area into another overbuilt resort. They prefer to keep building at low density with a lot of natural beauty, giving the area a more exclusive charm. Byala is tipped as being one of the newest and most exclusive holiday areas in Bulgaria over the next coming years.
