Bansko property information

Bansko is the newest Bulgarian winter and summer resort, recently discovered by the foreign investors seeking overseas investment properties in Bulgaria. It provides a wonderful combination between the virgin nature of the Pirin Mountain and the atmosphere of the ancient Bulgarian town. The town of Bansko is situated in Southwestern Bulgaria, at the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains, which is a national preserve, included in the World Natural Heritage list. Bansko is a climatic mountain resort with a short hot summer and a long mild winter. The average temperature during January, the coldest month, is - 1.9 șC. Snow falls are abundant, providing a constant winter snow cover of up to 2 m. The skiing season along the Pirin slopes starts in December and ends mid-April.
The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers and will suit both beginners and experts. Bansko is a new destination for the foreign skiers, has good snow record, offers great skiing opportunities and extreme sports practice as well.
The town itself attracts visitors by its 120 cultural monuments, its museums and the permanent ethnographic exhibitions.
Only a year and a half after the renovation of the Bansko ski resort, Bansko property sales are booming. According to the experts we should see a very strong capital growth over the next few years with Bansko property. The investment opportunities are excellent as more and more money is being put into the development of this unique combination of natural resources.
